Warm, comfortable 2 bedroom character terrace house (GCH throughout and open log fires) . Quiet back road with friendly neighbours and overnight on road parking. Secluded garden with lawn and 2 patio areas with country views across the Clwydian Hills and surrounding countryside yet within easy walking distance to local shops, pubs, college, churches, leisure centre, swimming pool, rugby club and business park LOL

Bedroom is spacious, tranquil and comfortable - choice of either double or single, part furnished so there is space for your treasured belongings. This is lodgings so you would be sharing the kitchen (cooker, microwave, washing machine), dining room, living room, bathroom/shower room with me. Housemate/landlord is professional guy who works most days. Own TV room available if you prefer.
