Single room available in friendly house

Hi, I have a single room available in my home.

The room is a small single, however there is plenty of loft space should anyone require extra storage. And you needent feel you have to stay confined to your room as I would want it to feel like your home whilst you lived here.

I work full time, which includes weekends, so does my other tenant (who is one of my best friends). We are both very clean and tidy, and I would want someone the same. We are very easy going and sociable people.

I have 2 kittens, and often have my parents dogs over also, so you must be animal friendly :-)

House is conveniently located 2 mins walk from a bus stop which takes you into Chester. Close access to motorway, and local amenities (Asda 5 minutes away in car)
