Double Room to Rent Gresford

I have a room to rent in my beautiful property. It has a living room with plasma television in the lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room which contains fridge/freezer and washing machine. The property has a large garden perfect ideal for barbeques. The room for rent is a double room, with a double wardrobe, and closet inside the room, which can be used for storage, or used as a walk in wardrobe.

The property has central heating, it is lovely and snug in the winter months. We are close to the bus route, which is a short walk and so regular.

The house is very close to the amenities of Gresford, and has great connections to Chester and Wrexham. It is a 5 minute drive from the Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Wrexham town centre itself.

It Would suit someone who is outgoing with a bubbly personality who likes to have a glass of wine and chat round the kitchen table, but of course the property is also big enough for you to have a bit of me time. I would like someone who is neat and tidy, like me.
