Single Room to Let in Hawarden Near Co-op

Bedroom comes with single bed and some storage, and a desk. House is two stories and has a garden in the back, drive is gravel and currently no cars use it. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room area and bathroom is upstairs. House is not in the greatest condition but I like it to be clean, so we would take turns cleaning the common areas on weekends, you will be expected to share costs of cleaning supplies (doesn't amount to much). The oven doesn't currently work but the owner should be fixing it next week. Co-op is just around the corner, couple minutes walk. Bus stop is also a couple minutes away.
