Home in an Area of Outstanding Beauty

Nice rooms in a busy household, great for people new to the area who want to make friends. Our last lodger stayed for 4 years and has only moved out for love! So it can't be all bad. Must love dogs and cats....and tolerate horses

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges so there is an opportunity to have some privacy with friends and visitors...log fires make it nice and cosy on winters evening!
We have full access to wifi and free view TV. Washing machine and drier

We live in the Area of Outstanding Beauty, in the mountains, just outside Ruthin below the snow line (so we can normally get out in bad weather but still tobogan in the snow!), good for walking out from the front door.

This home would suit a young working female with a car. Easy access to Ruthin, Mold, Wrexham, Chester (25 mins) and the Coast(25mins), Llandudno 40mins Snowdon & Liverpool,(1 hour) Manchester (1 hour 15mins).
