Rooms to let in spacious Llangollen townhouse.

Hello, I'm Lynn, and I'm looking for a lodger (or possibly two) to share my home in Llangollen.

I have a large townhouse right in the centre of Llangollen, just one minute's walk from the shops and amenities. It's bright, quiet and spacious, and we're a friendly household! We work from home, I'm a Nutritional Therapist and artist, my partner Damian is a hypnotherapist and coach. We're quiet, sociable and easy-going people and generally pretty nice people to share with!

We have two rooms, both on the top floor. The bedrooms are not ensuite but there is seldom any problem sharing the spacious bathroom as we don't need to be up and out early except on occasion. There is a second outside toilet, if needed. We've previously hosted overseas students and other guests and have enjoyed sharing our home.

There's a paved garden at the back of the house with garden furniture and a covered area. I'm happy with smokers as long as you don't mind smoking outside - inside is smoke free apart from the log fire in the living room!
