Double room, Mynydd Isa, 50Mb Wifi

FYI: To clear up some common questions the rent is due in advance each month, first months rent and deposit must be paid in advance of moving in. :)

I am looking to rent out an part-furnished (has a double bed and can get anything else you want and don't have) double room (will accept couples) in my 3 bed house in Mynydd Isa where I live.

Renting for 3 months or indefinitely it doesn't matter!

I am looking for a new friend/house-mate to share my 3 bedroom house and hopefully a few nights out. :)

You will also have access and use of a large kitchen with table and 4 chairs and almost exclusive use of the lounge with nice 3 piece sweet as I don't really use it.

There is parking on a drive. I have rented in the past and it's worked well.

You will also have digital access (via Wi-Fi or wired network) to our still growing collection of HD TV Shows and films which is currently 10TB!

That's currently over 12, 000 Episodes in 700+ Seasons of 130+ different TV shows! Which should keep anyone busy! :D

There is a quiet back garden and the street (Cul-de-sac so no though road) is full of nice friendly quiet people. :)

We are less than a 10min walk from the centre of Mold and several buses go past the street to Chester and Wrexham etc... (Postcode CH7 6TT in Mynydd Isa by Mold)

All electric, gas, 50Mb+ fibre broadband, water rates, council tax & TV licence is all included so all you need to do is worry about food! ;)
