A large double room is offered in a lovely friendly house in Mold, to share with a female professional.

Large fully furnished, private double room with a large double bed and excellent storage. The room is light, bright and airy with neutral decoration and benefits from two large wardrobes, a comfortable double bed, a large mirror and it is nice and quiet. There is shared use of large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, and snug. There is a nice garden at the rear and off road parking at the front.

The house is fully furnished with all the mod cons and has fast wifi and free view tv. The property is close to the local shops and amenities and has excellent public transport links. Mold town centre is less then 2km away and Chester is a short drive.

I am a Young professional female looking for a female tenant. I keep the place clean and tidy and and am very easy going. I'm really sociable but also appreciate the value of a quiet night in after a long week. I have no children and no pets but I work shifts so might not always be around.

I am afraid I'm not a professional photographer so the pictures really don't do it justice, so viewing is recommended.

Price includes ALL bills. A returnable 100 pounds deposit is required but i am happy to accommodate short term lets with only one full month notice being required.
