Contractors welcome, a single room 80 pound per week, Monday to Friday only (4 nights). weekends can be negotiated at 20 pound per night, all bills included, with fibre broadband and TV with digital channels in the room.
Fully furnished room with a single bed, storage space & bedside table.
**home cooked Evening meal also available 3 pound per night Monday - Thursday. All I ask is that your clean and tidy :)
Must be an animal lover as I have two lovely small friendly dogs. Im 29 and the house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in new Brighton, near mold.
The house is modern, with a cosy environment. The house backs onto fields and is in a peaceful area.
Excellent location to access Mold within walking distance, and 8 miles to Chester by car, Liverpool and Wrexham.
