There is a dining area and a kitchen with dining table. Wifi (fast speed is included). The house is lovely and warm. There is a house cat lodging. A cleaner comes regularly.
The house is a 10 min drive to Mold and Denbigh. Glan Clwyd Hospital is 20 mins drive, 30 mins to Chester and Ruthin.
The house is located in a lovely village with a cosy pub which serves food. There is a wine bar/restaurant on the outskirts of the village as well as a popular Indian restaurant/takeaway. These are within walking distance.
The village has a tennis court/sports field that you can pay to use, a GP has a surgery once per week, a post office operates once per week.
