Nice small/ single room
Room available is suitable for a single professional/ working person for all or part week. Non smoker preferable though outdoor smoking accepted. There are 4 buses per hour to/from Wrexham. A vegetarian would be preferable though I expect that any prospective Lodger would appreciate that I am vegetarian in any case. The rent is inclusive of all bills inc Electric/ gas/ water etc but the Lodger is responsible for feeding themselves. Simple terms agreed with a suitable Lodger.
Lodger may use Lounge/ kitchen/ bathroom/ gardens in good manner.
