House is on a quiet residential road in a safe neighbourhood.

Kitchen equipped with 6 gas Burner with 2 ovens one fan assisted , American Fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dish washer and microwave

Utility area has washing machine and full use of steam iron available

tumble dryer...will incur additional charge if used excessively

You will have use of your own living room shared with the additional tenant, this will have television , if multi room is required this can be arranged but will be added to rent.

The property has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms one with shower

There is off road parking and the local shops and beach are 5 minutes walk
