Looking for a lodger

BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED-£150plus RENT £500 This is due to the massive hike in cost of living … NO AGENT COMPANIES .. Looking for a professional person who will have the use of one bedroom and there own personal bathroom. facilities to be discussed prior to room rental. Must be very clean and tidy and a non smoker. Must be friendly, out going and easy to get along with. Must be in full time employment/ not working from home and have no good references. I work in full time employment doing different shifts each week. I am a nice guy and easy to get along with. I have a cat called phoebe who is friendly and spends a lot of time outside. Netflix, internet plus more will be offered to the right candidate.. no guests in daytime or over night stays for partners / friends especially while COVID is still a issue .

Please note - Due to passed experiences when I say clean & tidy I also mean there own room . Also with me being away from the property for a few days at a time then this means I’d want you to feed my cat .. this has turned out to be to much trouble for some .. so please only contact me if this is ok . Also please note - your renting the room so your main amount of time is based in your room unless I’m not home . I’m taking into account the upcoming energy hike
