I have a two rooms available from 1st May 2017. One room is a double and is 450pcm and the other is a single room for £350pcm. All bills are included, as well as wifi.
Both rooms are fully furnished but if you would prefer to bring your own bed etc just let me know and I can arrange for the one there to go into storage.
You will have full use of the house, the kitchen has a range cooker and there is a log burner in the lounge. I am a live out landlord, however live locally so will be on hand if you needed anything.
The house is in Ruabon and very close to the award winning Bridge End Inn (great pub!) along with being a minutes walk to the train station. It is 10 minutes drive into Wrexham and 10 to Llangollen so great location and right next to the bypass so makes for an easy commute.
