Ruthin is an ancient medieval market town with castle, beautiful parkland, lake and more listed ancient buildings than any other location in N. Wales. The town is friendly with a real community spirit including local traditional family butchers and grocers to hand. There are Lots of sports facilities available with swimming, sports centre, golf driving range, football, tennis and rugby club just a short stroll over the park bridge. Buses pass regularly and direct into Glan Clwyd hospital. College buses go direct to Wrexham and Chester from here, and is used by current lodger. Easy commute to Liverpool(train park and ride on Wirral) used by previous tenants.
Due to integrated smoke detectors and in view of other peoples health, there is no smoking allowed on the premises but there is covered provision outside.
