Clean/Comfortable Double Room For Rent.

I have a good sized double room with a comfortable double bed/wardrobes/drawers etc. Also available to yourself is the use of a large sized shared kitchen, bathroom/shower and living room that has sky tv. Full fibre internet broadband too! My home is clean and friendly. I live in a quieter part of Shotton and close to all amenities. Nearby is shotton train station, bus stops, taxi rank, shops/supermarkets, leisure centre. Airbus and the Deeside Industrial Park are within easy reach. Im seeking someone who is clean and friendly towards others. Although smokers are allowed...my home is strictly non smoking! Smoking is permitted outside of my home, but an e-cig would be ok inside at the landlords discretion. There will be a rent adjustment for a couple. The room will be available from the 23rd Sept 2016.
