This is the luxury professional house share! I'm looking for similar professionals who dont really party during the week and like their sleep and to chill out and share the the duties but also have a good crack!! The house has recently been decorated to a modern homely style....The living room has hug in a mug sofas.. so comfy!! The bedrooms are all huge with double beds and furniture. The rent includes all bills including wireless broadband, sky (movies and sports in HD!) and there is an excellent garden for the barbies. A cleaner comes once a week for 1. 5 hours. The house is in Wrexham, 5 min walk to town center and uni. The house is also very close to the town centre. The A483 is only 2 mins away so very close to chester and the M53.
