Rent is £395 per calendar month and includes all bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband.
The existing tenants , both professional females, are friendly and easy going who value and contribute to a clean house.
They are hoping to share with another independent professional who is sociable and easy going but not a party animal. It is a friendly house where everyone shares the cleaning and generally looks out for each other.
The property is licensed for 4 people but will only have 3. I am accredited by the Wales Landlord Accreditation scheme. But more importantly leave you alone to enjoy your space and respond quickly when something is needed. The tenants who have stayed have always stayed for long periods I hope because it is a good place to be.
