I am looking for a female to share my 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of Wrexham Town centre. There isn't designated parking HOWEVER, there is a car park 10 yards away. It is the top apartment tastefully furnished, laminate floors, washing machine and newly fitted kitchen. water rates, TV license and electric are shared bills, but property tax is included in rent. I work five days a week, so i am looking for a responsible single working female, who is friendly with a great sense of humour. References are required as well as a months deposit
