Small double room with single bed.

I'm an easy going person who keeps to himself most of the time, I like metal music and I'm not a big sports fan, I'm fairly tidy, and would insist you are the same. I work shifts in the week and occasionally weekends.
The house is very close to local amenities, on road parking available, bathroom has large bath with shower over bath. All bills are included in price, except electric which is pay as you go. Reference check will be required by letting agent before tenancy contract is renewed in mid-June. I do have cats so animal lovers would be preferred. I smoke, but only outside the building. Single bed is supplied in the room, but a double bed could fit if necessary.
