Monday to Friday let only - price varies dependant on the number of days you require and the circumstances, rent is negotiable. Price quoted is the minimum charge (which would allow 2 nights per week on average).

I have a two bed terrace a couple of miles from Wrexham city centre and a mile or so from the A483 so great for people travelling to Chester. Deeside, Hawarden, etc and has all the local amenities within a short drive or 40 mins walk.

The room to rent is a loft conversion at the top of the house so is on a separate floor making it a little more private. The bathroom is shared and has a bath and a shower. There is also a lovely garden with veranda for the summer months. I like to think my house is very homely, neat and tidy and comfortable with all the mod cons including super fast unlimited broadband. On road parking but it's a lovely area and there's always plenty of room.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate but still sociable. I am friendly and chatty, and I like to make people feel at home.

Rent includes all bills and the basics such as condiments, kitchen roll, loo roll, etc. I also do all of the cleaning, including your room and bedding so it's as close to a Bed & Breakfast as you will get, but without the breakfast and the stress of having to book each week! Plus you can come and go as you need and leave some bits and pieces behind in your room so you are not carting stuff to and from each week.
