Looking to rent out my spare room in my top floor flat in Wrexham. 5 minute walk into town. Flatmate must be clean, tidy and hygienic.
Full use of bathroom, kitchen and lounge but must be respectful of studying come September.
Zero tolerance for drugs.
Gas, water and electricity bills wont be included but free wifi is available and use of landline.
Bedroom has potential for a double but more spacious as a single. Can offer a small chest of drawers and possibly a single bed from my previous house.
