When there are 3 people in the house it works out at about £350 per month each including gas, electric, water, council tax and wifi (so the prices are approximate and are to be agreed between the tenants). It is in a very pleasant, quiet area about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. It is a warm, comfortable house. It has a conservatory, a garden and a large, shared living room. It has 5 bedrooms but the tenants usually choose to have 3 or 4 tenants in the house. (smoking is allowed only in the conservatory).
