Clean, house trained, friendly lodger vacancy to live in our lovely big family home.
We are a professional couple (Nurse and Greenkeeper) We have had a lot of lovely people share our home over the years and we love the company (although we do have our own separate lounge for the times we all need a bit more space!)
The current occupants are 2 female lodgers, our 18 year old son as well as myself and my husband. We also have a friendly whippet.

The house has a kitchen, breakfast room with rayburn, lounge with real fire, utility, conservatory, library, office, 6 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 en-suites rooms, so space is never an issue.

The double room available is on the second floor and has an en-suite shower room. It has a double bed, wardrobe, wifi, bookcase, small fridge, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an eaves cupboard and gas radiator.

Surprisingly this is often a quiet house, we all work and come and go at different times. We are easy going (as long as you keep the place clean and secure - oh and switch off lights when you go out!)

We have been having other people to live with us for years and it is a way of life for us all. Some came for several years and from all walks of life, teachers, social workers, nurses, students, interns and even a 70 year old Japanese professor came to stay for 10 weeks once.

We are a 5 min walk from town/leisure centre/Beacon nature reserve, 5 minutes to cycle path around Beacon and have a bus stop near house that serves the town/Bodmin Parkway railway station/hospital and beyond. Bodmin is central for most of Cornwall for anyone considering a small commute.
