Single room, room has single bed, wardrobe, drawers, share kitchen and bathroom Room is available from 3/3/13.
We are right on the main bus route to Truro and Penzance and about 10 minute walk to the main line train station. House has been totally refurbished and ideally we would like someone to live as part of the family and you do need to be child and cat friendly. We have a large garden which you are welcome to share. Unfortuantley we are unable to accept DSS and would prefer an employed person, student or retired. Use of washing machine an drier is included as is Wi Fi. We are looking for someone who likes their own space but is friendly and doesnt mind being part of the family. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
