(I have my own shower room) Also shared Use of Kitchen-Dining area and use of fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Private Off-road parking is available. The driveway, front and rear entrances are covered by CCTV.

This is the Landlord's private home and is a non-smoking, non-drug, non-alcohol residence. And it also means not returning to the property drunk! There is no objection to smoking outside.

If however, you want friends or boy-girl-friends to hang around with either in your room or stay over, then you need to find an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) in which the landlord does not reside or your own self-contained flat.
