Super king size bed in a large double room.

One large double room for single occupancy in modern 4 bed detached house. Devoran Creek, local walks and cycle trail are all on the doorstep, as is the Old Quay Inn which is a 30 second walk from the house! Off-road parking at end of lane, regular bus service to Truro and Falmouth, approx 10-15 mins walk from nearest train station at Perranwell. The room is at the rear of the house on the first floor and is a bright room with two windows and lots of built in wardrobe space. There will be fridge, freezer and cupboard space and use of washing machine and internet. Someone who is friendly and easy going would fit in well. We have a friendly 6 year old sprocker spaniel. Would suit professional/student.
