A large double room on the ground floor with windows to the front and rear, a very comfortable bed, in a warm and quiet terraced house with quiet neighbours on a quiet street. Built in gas fire. Plenty of on street parking immediately outside. House is 150 metres from Falmouth marina with a good view over the river. Garden available for sunbathing/bbq/clothes drying etc. Two fridges in the kitchen to make sure there is enough space for everyone

Room is large single and furnished with fitted cupboards. Often the question of desks and chairs comes up. People are welcome to bring their own but if they do not have one then I would be happy to supply.
