Double room available in Falmouth 21/dec-21/april

Hi,

There is a large fully-furnished room available in our house from 21st December 2014 to 21st April 2015 as one of the current radical housemates is away studying in Spain for 4 months.

Location:
The house is on Lister Street in Falmouth, about ten meters from an ace corner shop and twenty meters to Spar. The moor is less than 5 minutes away and anywhere in town is about ten minutes tops. Bus stop for Tremough less than one minute walk, Woodlane about 5 minutes away.

House:
The house is a traditional Cornish terraced property. It has a comfy lounge with sofas, hifi, etc. The fully equipped kitchen features gas hobs, oven, washer, dryer, microwave, slow cooker, and the daddy of all spice racks. The garden is an afternoon suntrap, has some interesting plants, and has decking for bbqs. There is a cellar for storing bikes, surfboards etc etc. Parking is available on the street outside. Oh and the bathroom is huge!

Room:
The is at the front on the first floor. It has a big window and is very light. It is fully furnished.

Current Housemates:
There will be myself and two other housemates. They are Beau, a Creative Writing MA student, and Andrea, a first year PhD bioscientist. I am doing a PhD in Animal Behaviour. We are pretty outgoing, with interests including playing/watching live music, surfing, climbing, kitesurfing, and cycling. We have loads of gear and are always keen to take a car load of people off to a beach. We like to cook together and host film nights and dinner parties etc.

Bills:
I shop around and get the cheapest rates so we tend to spend £30-40 each on bills (water, gas, electric). Internet is included in rent.

You:
We are looking for people who are social (no hiding in your room and coming out after dark to microwave a pizza!), fun, easy-going, interesting, and interested. The house has a lot of communal aspects, from sharing milk, to sharing dinner, to sharing the cleaning, and sharing taking the trash out. We are looking for someone who will chip in on all the communal things, as this makes everyones lives easier, and helps everyone get along. At the moment the house is pretty good at this and it makes for a chilled vibe. We aren't particularly looking for guys or girls, but having a mix has worked out great so far. Age is less important than attitude, If you are respectful to each others needs to work, sleep, or have a decent houseparty, come and have a look round!
