· This is a well-maintained Georgian House in the centre of town. Accommodation comprises of a well-equipped kitchen-diner with electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, large hallway, cloakroom and under stairs storage. There are 3 furnished double bedrooms and a large shared bathroom with a bath. One double bedroom enjoys an en suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a washing machine and dryer and secondary fridge/freezer/microwave on the 3rd floor. The house has a shared garden with the annexe, the path and porch as also shared with the neighbour. Shed not included. It is a central heated and fully insulated property. Water, gas and electricity can be included (with a fair usage clause) as is unlimited broadband. The showers are power showers and there is a gas boiler. It is generally a warm house. The house will be furnished as appropriate and agreement. The rooms will each have a single or double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. If anyone wants to bring their own beds or desks it’s fine but they’d need to specify when letting.
