Double room available from April in Falmouth

I am student at the university of Exeter (penryn campus) leaving for research at the end of March. The room that will be available is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk on the ground floor. There are two other smaller rooms upstairs that will also be rented out. The house is on a very quiet street but just a two minute walk from the town centre, 30 seconds from the nearest bus stop and 2 minutes from Penmere train st which is ideal for getting to Truro.
The kitchen is large, very clean and modern with a washing machine, microwave, oven/hobs and a large fridge. There is a small patio out the back.
The house is let out by "diggs" who are very helpful and friendly whose office is in town. The room is £320 per month (not including bills). We have very good broadband service too. This would be ideal for somebody moving to Falmouth for 2 months or more. if you wanted to stay longer you can simply resign a contract after the one I am currently on has run out at the end of June.
