Large double rooms to let in central Falmouth

We have two rooms to rent in our mid terraced family house in central Falmouth.

We are a friendly relaxed family house with two children. We have always shared and are used to and welcome others into our home. The house is a large mid terrace house in central Falmouth, easy walk into town and close to train and bus stations. There is a large shared kitchen/ diner/lounge area and garden with outdoor seating. The house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms so the should never be a wait in the morning for a shower. There is also a small utility room and we have a private lounge.

The first room is a good size double, neutrally decorated and Basically furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

The second is a large room with a view of back garden. It again is neutrally decorated and furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. It has the advantage of a build in cupboard for extra storage. Just down the corridor is a bathroom with bath. Over bath shower, basin and toilet which this room can have exclusive use of.

All bills are included aswell as broadband.
