3 new build double rooms available

2 of 3 rooms available in a 3 bedroom detached new build property located 20 min walk from falmouth town centre. a stones throw from the beach, with great links to town and station.

(Please note the available from date, the house is still under construction and wont be ready until the end of June)

All three rooms are available to rent but the last one to be picked will become my bedroom, so i'm only renting out two rooms.
The largest bedroom also has an en suite. The other two rooms will share an upstairs bathroom. The smallest room will fit a double but if room size is a factor for you pic one of the others. There is also a downstairs toilet and communal lounge and kitchen. (the pics are of a show home, so should only be used for dimensions)

Facilities include: wifi, off street parking, washing machine, dishwasher, garden, (possibly sky tv), garage. The house is brand spanking new so all facilities will be the same.

I'm a laid back youngish professional who works away for 6 months of the year so effectively you'll only be sharing with one other. I'm looking for nice sociable people to live with, i dont want a "party" house but i would like a fun social house where the occupants are respectful of each other. Couples are welcome to show interest however costs may be more.
