Successful tenant would be happy to keep shared areas clean and tidy at all times, and respect other tenants in house.
The house is as near to the centre of Falmouth as you can get (4 mins to Tesco) with only 5 minutes walk to buses, and 10/12 from the nearest railway station.
Also only 15 minutes walk to the beach!
