Looking for a young professional to fill a vacancy in a modern house in central Falmouth for an initial term of 3 months, with longer available after. The housemates are three professionals, two girls, one guy, working locally and resident in the house for 9 months or longer. Mature students welcome as long as you don't mind taking a share of the council tax costs.

About the house:
The house is less than ten years old and very modern with solar-thermal heating and modern appliances. On the first floor there is a large and comfy lounge-kitchen with table, chairs, and sofas The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large shared bathroom, garden with undercover seating, and utility room with washer, dryer, and sink.
New Windsor Terrace is ideally suited for living in Falmouth, being 5mins to the town centre, 5mins to Woodlane Campus, 2mins from the bus to Penryn campus, and 5mins from Penmere train station. There is a corner shop and Spar barely meters away. Parking is available very near to the house on Albany Road where there is rarely a problem finding a space. New Windsor Terrace is quiet as most cars and people travel down Killigrew street which runs parallel.

The house is very chilled out with an emphasis on fun whilst respecting the needs of other housemates.
