It is not the standard student accommodation as it is used as a holiday home during the summer months. The property has undergone a full renovation with new kitchen, bathroom, solid oak flooring, balconies, windows, new furniture and decorating throughout.
There is a top floor double available with the most amazing views, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of draws, bedside table and own private balcony and parking if needed.
There is one bathroom, which will be shared between the two.

I am a third year student studying Marine and Natural History Photography at Falmouth University. Vanessa has just finished her second year at Falmouth Marine School studying Marine Science & Biology. Nikita 3rd year student studying sports wear design. We are fun loving lively individuals with a great sense of humour and enjoy socialising, diving, travelling and cooking. We have a wide and varied music and film taste.
The rooms are available on a 40 weeks short hold tenancy agreement with parental guarantee starting from 14th September 2015 to 18th June 2016.
