Me and my house mate are looking for either a couple or two singles to fill the vacant rooms in our house.
We are looking for working professionals or mature students to live in our lovely big house. We both enjoy food a lot, outdoor activities and a relaxed life.
Students will need a guarantor (unless they are working) for the estate agents and anyone that moves in will need a reference check
It is a big house, all double rooms with a front room, dining room, study, 2 toilets, bathroom, shower room, front and back garden, ample road parking, 2 sheds only a few minutes walk from the centre of town.
Base rent is around £250 pcm, bills are about £70 a month each.
