Double furnished bedroom in Falmouth

I am a 29 year old professional who works full time. I enjoy having my friends around for dinner, getting out and about around Cornwall with my little dog who also lives at the property but is rarely there when I am not. I am looking for a lodger for my double bedroom in my house in quiet residential area in Falmouth. On the bus route and 5 minute walk to Penmere train station. Close to town and beaches all within walking distance. Communal parking out the front of the property. Back garden which backs onto a field with a woodland walk. I am looking to find someone who likes dogs, clean, tidy and friendly!
