3 bedroom house in a quiet street near Falmouth hospital. (15 min walk into town) 15 mins to Penmere train station. Easy bus route to uni campus etc.

House has shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (with decent shower). There is a big garage, a garden at front and back. Plenty of on street parking available.

Room is a double, furnished with double bed, desk, hanging space, beside table etc.

Broadband, tv, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

I'm 34 and work locally. Would like to think easy to get on and live with. Used to living with both students and professionals. Looking for someone friendly and fun to live with.

Like to cook, travel, making stuff, cycling, running, music, art, films.

I have 2 friendly well behaved cats, so you'd be sharing with them too, so liking cats is a real must!
