BEDROOM: Totally refurbished and all brand new goods. Good sized large Triple wardrobe & bottom drawer. Large Chest of drawers and bedside drawers. Ottoman Bed for extra storage. Wifi smart TV in room .. now placed on the wall at the foot of the bed.
Radiator in room.

All Guests are provided with brand new Quilt, Pillows, Mattress Protector, Duvet cover set and bath towels. I don't believe in giving you other people's bedding.

BENEFITS OF YOUR OWN SEPARATE LOUNGE.

Nice separate dining room if you wish to use it.
LARGE KITCHEN With your own area, double electric oven, combi microwave and gas range cooker. Breakfast bar. Everything needed within a kitchen is at your disposal. All plates, cutlery etc is supplied. You have your own cupboards, work top, kettle and fridge. Freezer space is available in the family freezer.
House has central heating.

RENTAL INCLUDES YOUR ROOM CLEANED ON A DAILY BASIS AND WASHING DONE. This service gives you more free time.
However, if you have loads on a daily basis I would need to charge a small fee of £3 per week.... so far I haven't needed to do this.

LOCATION: Not far from Penmere Railway Station and local bus route. Beaches, Golfing & Town all walkable if needed.

ALL OF THE FAMILY ARE EASY TO GET ON WITH AND WE ALL HAVE GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR.

We have an array of interests : Sports, Horse Riding, Walking, Beaching, Cooking, Motorbikes, Cars to name but a few!

WE HAVE, IN THE PAST, TAKEN FEMALE OCCUPANTS BUT ARE WILLING TO CONSIDER THE RIGHT MALE CANDIDATE WHO WOULD FIT IN WITH OUR FAMILY.

WOULD SUIT PROFESSIONAL OR STUDENT WHO RESPECTS A VERY NICE HOME.
We really want someone who has a pleasant personality with a good sense of humour. APPLICANTS MUST be able to tidy up after themselves (especially in the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom)
