Situated in the the village of Gorran these rooms would suit a single person or couple.
The sitting room is furnished with a Settee and electric fire. A TV with DVD player is provided.

The Bedroom has a double bed with bedside table & lamp. All linen is provided if wanted.

The Toilet and shower are shared for shower only

The Kitchen is shared for cooking only and all cooking facilities are present. With fan oven, Hob, kettle, Toaster, etc.
Cutlery and pots and pans are provided, and also use of Fridge Freezer.
There is a utility room, with Washing Machine, Tumble Drier. These are shared.

The Property is central heated and superfast Broadband WiFi is available.

There is ample parking and large gardens.
The let is in a quiet position within the village of Gorran, with the local pub and village shop 150 yrds away.
Gorran Haven is 1 mile away with a lovely beach and shops.
No pets as we have our own dog.
