Double Room To Let In Characterful Miner's Cottage

My cottage is on a terrace on a main road with easy access to Redruth, Truro and Falmouth and both coasts. I have a front garden and a yard and further garden at the back. Although the road is busy at times - it is the main route between Falmouth and Redruth, the house is quiet and bedrooms are at the back with double glazing. There is no off road parking but I usually manage to park right outside the house and there are spaces further down the road. I have good broadband and most bills are included apart from any extra heating in the winter if you are in during the day. This area is great for walking- there is a network of footpaths up the hill at the back with fantastic views across Cornwall. I would prefer a mature professional lady or mature student who lives quietly. I eat fish but not meat so would prefer not to have meat cooked in the house.
There are two small living rooms downstairs plus the kitchen to share and you will have access to the yard and garden at the back. I am now considering very short term lets up until Christmas (please contact for details), but, sorry, females only.
