I have one large single room available now.

The facilities include, fibre wireless broadband, washing machine and off road parking. Ideal for those who want a quiet place to study, or base to work from. (This is not a party house and would suit 2nd, 3rd year or mature students, post grads or working people.

It is two miles from the University of Exeter/ Camborne School of Mines Tremough Campus, 3 miles from Penryn and 6 miles from the Woodlane Campus and the beaches of Falmouth. It is on the A394 Penryn to Helston road in Longdowns. The nearest bus stop is a third of a mile away. Although it has easy access to the main road, having your own transport would be useful. Please note that it is less than 5 miles from the uni so you will have to pay to park there.

There is shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and living room. All utility bills and council tax are included. The boiler and appliances are safety tested.

There is access to a large garden with views of the countryside towards St. Agnes Beacon. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Sorry no pets allowed.

I run my blacksmith’s business from the workshop opposite the house and use one room in the house as an office. (I have my own entrance so I can keep out of your way) I am around during working hours on weekdays and some weekends. One of the room mates also runs his blacksmiths business from here.
