Two partly furnished rooms in fabulous peaceful rural location, in a tower annexe attached to a large bungalow, 3 miles from Looe/Polperro/Pelynt, and 30 minute drive to Plymouth. The bungalow is on a private very quiet complex with friendly neighbours. On the top floor there is a bedroom , 11 x 7 with new single bed ; with full length window with stunning rural views for miles and another small window facing south east. The mezzanine floor (11 x 7) below via steep pine open staircase, (houseguest needs to be fairly nimble!) has chest of drawers and bedside table with hanging rail under stairs, also with fabulous rural views. Open plan pine staircase leads down to ground floor lobby 11 x 7 with own entrance door. Own separate shower room/loo & shared separate laundry room.. Shared large kitchen with quiet retired but busy lady owner, and lovely mature communal three acre gardens. Car parking space. (own transport essential but there is local bus route a few minutes walk along the lane) This accommodation would suit quiet working non smoking person , female preferably who would appreciate the peace and tranquility of this lovely area. £85 per week.
