I have just moved in to a lovely cottage Lostwithiel with a beautiful garden within easy walking distance of the town centre and a 5 minute walk to Lostwithiel Train Station with regular reliable train services to London, Plymouth, Truro and more.
I am looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, proactive person to help me with cleaning, house keeping, dog walking, gardening and cooking in return for a small single room accommodation.
The position is temporary to begin and would be on offer for a 1month trial and if all is successful then hoping to extend longer. If you don't want to work too much we could negotiate a half rent & half work deal.
I am a single mum to a wonderful 9yr old. I have an elderly relative who lives elsewhere who I look after and I work full time in education. We have a lively lab-x dog and funny fat cat. I need help with domestic duties because I am aften too busy or exhausted!
