Multiple rooms to let.

We have multiple rooms to let as the owner of the property is moving into an annex of the building. We have a single, 3 doubles, and a double ensuite.
Iternet acces and sky TV is available at the moment in the lounge area of the house, although this may need to be cancelled if a multiroom is not available for the landlord. There are five rooms available and only two rooms are left. The house is completely furnished so all tennents have to worry about is their own food, cleaning materials and room rent.
Although couples are welcome there would be a light adjustment to the room rental to cover the extra costs of electricity, heating, water etc.
