Amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, freezer space, an individual fridge provided for exclusive use. Wireless super fast broadband, Sky TV, driveway parking, sunny south-facing garden. Garage storage.
Rent includes bed linen/towels and all bills and is payable every 2 weeks in advance. Deposit is two weeks rent. Notice to vacate is two weeks (the rent for these final two weeks is covered by the deposit)
The house is situated in a quiet location off the main road into Newquay (approx 1. 8 mls from the town centre. The village of Quintrell Downs has a local supermarket, post office, hotel, two pubs, garden centre, and a railway station (Par to Newquay branch line), and has regular bus services into Newquay.
