Lovely house share... Great central location!

We currently have a double room available which is bright, airy and fully furnished.

The house has wooden floorboards throughout with neutral décor. It's cosy and provides everything you need. It's on 3 levels, a 2 min walk from central Newquay and the town beaches, and 5 - 10 mins walk to Fistral. It has a lovely sunny garden with a shed for surfboards/bikes.

The current occupants are all super friendly and respectful and we're looking for a new housemate who is active, friendly, considerate and tidy, who will blend with the lovely relaxed dynamic already here.

Everyone has full use of the whole house and smokers are welcome but will only be able to smoke in the garden sorry.

We're all really friendly and enjoy socializing but, if you're looking for a party house, this may not be the place for you!
