I have recently rented a house in Newquay from friends and I am looking to rent the largest double room, which comes furnished. Ideally I am looking for a working professional as I will be working from the property 3 days a week. I am a very laid back person and easy to get along with. The house is a large 3 bed house in central Newquay - 2 mins walk to town. 5 mins walk to south fistral. Please note that the current photos are not of the room for rent, which is about twice the size and the living room has been improved! New photos will be put on shortly!
