Female preffered, double furnished room available until December or thereabouts.
In a quiet non smoking but friendly family household. One other lad renting a room from me.
Situated in central Newquay, close to public transport, shops, cinema, plus all beaches shops and pubs.
Use of WC shower room, kitchen diner. Wifi, white goods and all mod cons. You will need to supply your own food, bedding and towels. The house has central heating and double glazing.
I'm am a live in landlady I’m pretty easy going, people tend to stay for 2-3 years so I can't be that bad! I am fair I just like people to clean up behind them and be respectful and not have lots of randoms coming in and out esp at night as I have kids.
I'm looking for a person who is working full time, or studying if rent is guaranteed, with a mature outlook so you'll be tidy, quiet and respectful. You must like kids, not be a party animal, appreciate that this does not suit all.
NO DSS. Min 12 month previous UK residency preferred as references and & enhanced DBS check will be requested (at no cost to you).
I'd require two weeks deposit to secure the room immediately of you are to take it, £160 then the weekly rent of £80 is payable upfront from that date. No I am not saving rooms for anyone unless deposit and rent is paid. Two weeks notice needed when leaving.
